Delhi Public School Ranipur is an English medium, co-educational institute.

It is affiliated to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) both in the secondary and higher secondary levels.

The school has the distinction of offering latest subjects like 'Bio-Technology' and 'Informatics Practices' to +2 students.

The school started with a handful of 134 students in 1977, and now boasts of a total strength of 2700 (approx) students.

The school does not follow any evaluation tests for students from junior to class II levels.

For classes III and IV the school conducts three terminal examinations every year.

From class V to class VIII the school conducts two main assessment examinations, half-yearly and annual.

The school follows the system of weekly tests that are conducted every Friday for the middle and senior wings.
